Refund Policy for The BladeCraft


Lifetime Guarantee

At The BladeCraft, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our Lifetime Guarantee entitles you to a one-time free repair of your knife or sheath if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. To initiate the process, simply send us a photo or video of the damage.

Should you encounter any issues after receiving a replacement, a repair fee will be applied for future repairs. Please note that the warranty is voided in cases of user-induced damage, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches and cosmetic wear
  • Intentional breakage or misuse
  • Water damage or rust due to improper care

Repair Time:
The repair process can take between 30 to 60 days from the date of receiving the defective item, once the return is approved by our returns handling team. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Sharpening Policy:
Sharpening is not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. You are responsible for maintaining the knife's sharpness.

  • Optional Sharpening Service: If you would like us to sharpen the knife, please mention it specifically when contacting our support team. We will provide a quote via email, and upon your approval, we will proceed with the sharpening. If the quote is not accepted, we will only repair the damage without sharpening the blade.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping Costs:

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@thebladecraft.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Sale Pricing Policy

During special promotional periods, discounted pricing may be offered on certain products. Please note:

  • Purchases made outside of the sale period are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds for the price difference.
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply if returning goods solely to repurchase at the discounted sale price.
  • Accounts involved in such practices will be permanently blocked and will no longer be able to purchase from The BladeCraft.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at support@thebladecraft.com.


Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for return instructions at support@thebladecraft.com.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the returned item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Customs and Duties:
If your item is held by customs, you are responsible for any fees required for its release.


Refund Policy for Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order, the following conditions will apply:

  • Refund of Item Cost: A refund for the cost of the item(s) will be processed once the returned package is received and inspected at our facility.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they have already been incurred.
