The PrimeCut carving knife is an 8-inch, straight, narrow blade for the dinner table and the barbecue: roasts, brisket, turkey, ham. The thin profile passes through meat with little resistance, so slices come off whole and keep their juices, and the 13.1-inch overall length suits a standard block.
Forged from 224 layers of Damascus steel with a high-carbon core, 2.8 mm at the spine, with a full tang for balance. The 5.1-inch wooden handle with stainless bolster gives a stable grip through a long carving session.

Care and delivery
Hand wash and dry straight after use; never put a Damascus knife in the dishwasher. Hone on a ceramic rod every few uses and sharpen on a whetstone every two to four months. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Hand Wash Only: Always wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dry it immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture spots or corrosion. Never place in a dishwasher.
- Oil After Use: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil (or food-safe mineral oil) to the blade. Rub it gently across the surface using a soft cloth or paper towel. This helps protect the high-carbon steel from moisture and oxidation.
- Store Safely: Keep the knife in a dry environment, preferably in its sheath or on a magnetic strip. Avoid storing it in a damp drawer or leather sheath for extended periods.
Regular oiling is especially important for Damascus blades forged with high-carbon steel, as their layered structure and heat treatment make them exceptionally sharp but more reactive to moisture. Proper care ensures the blade remains rust-free and preserves the striking Damascus pattern for years to come.
