This knife, which is 13 inches long overall and has a 7.9-inch serrated blade, cuts through soft cakes, artisan breads, and crusty loaves with ease without weakening their structure.
This bread knife is made by hand from 224 layers of Damascus steel, combining AISI 4340 nickel alloy steel and AISI 5160 high carbon spring steel to provide exceptional durability and long-lasting sharpness. The serrated edge of the blade cuts through even the toughest crusts with ease, and its distinctive etched pattern makes a visual statement.
Constructed from a combination of stabilised wood and deep blue resin, the 5.1-inch handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and control. With a blade thickness of 2.8mm and a weight of about 264g, this bread knife feels balanced—substantial enough for confident handling without being heavy.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. - Hand Wash Only: Always wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dry it immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture spots or corrosion. Never place in a dishwasher.
- Oil After Use: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil (or food-safe mineral oil) to the blade. Rub it gently across the surface using a soft cloth or paper towel. This helps protect the high-carbon steel from moisture and oxidation.
- Store Safely: Keep the knife in a dry environment, preferably in its sheath or on a magnetic strip. Avoid storing it in a damp drawer or leather sheath for extended periods.
Regular oiling is especially important for Damascus blades forged with high-carbon steel, as their layered structure and heat treatment make them exceptionally sharp but more reactive to moisture. Proper care ensures the blade remains rust-free and preserves the striking Damascus pattern for years to come.
