The 14.1" EdgeCraft Series Slicer Knife is made for people who need control and accuracy. With its 9.1-inch blade and 14.1-inch overall length, this slicer is ideal for filleting fish, slicing brisket, carving roasts and portioning gammon. Long, smooth slicing motions that maintain the texture and appearance of meats and seafood are made possible by the blade's extended length and narrow profile, which reduce resistance.
This knife is made from BladeCraft's patented 224-layer Damascus steel blend, which is forged from AISI 4340 nickel alloy steel and AISI 5160 high carbon spring steel. It guarantees remarkable strength, resilience, and edge retention. Even the thickest cuts are easily cut by the blade thanks to the hammered finish along the spine, which lowers friction.
The ergonomically designed dark wood handle of the knife, which has two polished rivets and a decorative copper-like rivet, completes the design and provides a comfortable, secure grip for confident, controlled slicing.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Hand Wash Only: Always wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dry it immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture spots or corrosion. Never place in a dishwasher.
- Oil After Use: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil (or food-safe mineral oil) to the blade. Rub it gently across the surface using a soft cloth or paper towel. This helps protect the high-carbon steel from moisture and oxidation.
- Store Safely: Keep the knife in a dry environment, preferably in its sheath or on a magnetic strip. Avoid storing it in a damp drawer or leather sheath for extended periods.
Regular oiling is especially important for Damascus blades forged with high-carbon steel, as their layered structure and heat treatment make them exceptionally sharp but more reactive to moisture. Proper care ensures the blade remains rust-free and preserves the striking Damascus pattern for years to come.
